Team Members

Invite teammates to your Octolens workspace, unlimited seats on every plan. Admins manage billing and invites, while members have full access to mentions.

You can add teammates on all Octolens plans so your whole team can collaborate on social listening.

There are two roles available in Octolens: Admin and Member. Admins can manage billing, invite members, assign admin roles, and create admin-level API keys. Members can access the workspace but cannot manage billing or admin-level settings.

How to invite a teammate

1. Go to Settings → Members
2. Add their email address
3. They'll receive an invitation to join your workspace

Once added, teammates can enter your workspace and collaborate. They’ll have access to your keywords, feeds, dashboard, and destinations.

All Octolens plans have unlimited seats. There’s no need to upgrade to invite your teammates.
